I have been practicing for 17yrs and I am a certified yoga teacher with 200 hrs of Vinyasa yoga and 100 hrs of Rocket Yoga. Summer 2020 I participated in one of the largest online yoga classes for BLM and it was the most exciting time spent virtually.
I’ve practiced Vinyasa, Bikram, Kundalini, Power, Yin Yoga, and Ashtanga.
I am a morning person for yoga. I rise at 5:45a….journal for 5mins or longer….just allowing myself to move my pen by putting into words with what’s going on with me….meditate for 10 to 15 mins….warm my body with 5 to 7 rounds of Sun Salutations A & B….then I flow…this daily practice lasts for about an hour to an hour and a half daily….Saturday I take a yoga class or practice outdoors with fellow yogis & Sunday I practice with my online yoga community virtually….I love to shift my body into the beautiful shapes of asanas. Flowing with the breath and taking that journey to ones self from the inside out.
