Yogini Tantra

Yoga is an amazing tool which can make a difference to your life. There are countless ways to practice yoga including through physical exercise, breath work, mantra chanting, meditation, relaxation, diet and most importantly positive thinking.

Tantra is a cool name. It has a sexy connotation but in fact Tantra is connected to the divine energy which exists within us and all around us. It teaches us that everything is sacred (including your sex life).

Yoga is all inclusive. I love sharing my practice with both men and women. It does not matter on your ability. There is something for everyone.

Yoga has helped me physically, mentally and emotionally and I know that if you practice regularly you will also notice a difference in your own wellbeing. Give it a go. You might like it. 🙏
