Hello on my page! I'm Louis from Hungary, a 54 year old guard commander. I have simple hobbies like fishing, cooking, gardening and the gym. Last year I quit smoking and then I started a diet, it went so well that I lost 28 kg, but I also became weaker. This January I started training to regain my strength, the training went better and better every day, I became stronger and my body started to transform, it was a great feeling of success! After three months of training I feel really good and I want to develop more. I know that this is a new beginning and for you, who is reading this, it is just a drop in the ocean, but for me it is the ocean!
