Ryan Hundersmarck

My name is Ryan Hundersmarck. I’m a military veteran, a loving father, and a man who has walked through some of life’s darkest valleys and chose to keep going. I’m a suicide survivor who knows firsthand what it means to lose everything—relationships, stability, direction—and still find the strength to rebuild from the ground up.My life hasn’t been easy or polished. I’ve faced depression, addiction, heartbreak, and moments where quitting felt easier than breathing. But I didn’t go through hell just to stay there. Through discipline, faith, and relentless self-work, I fought my way back. The gym gave me structure. Jesus Christ gave me purpose. Together, they helped save my life and gave me a second chance to become the man I was meant to be.I believe pain can either break you or forge you, and I chose to be forged. Today, I stand for accountability, perseverance, faith, and growth. I’m not perfect—but I’m committed to showing up, staying honest, and moving forward every single day.
