I’m a 45yo co-parenting mama and a sex and sensuality coach. I work with men, women, couples to deepen self-connection so that life feels more vibrant when coming from a place of deep wholeness, inner centeredness & authenticity.

After struggling for 11yrs as a local food biz owner operator, (massively gratifying work yet barely paid poverty $), I made a career shift to coaching.

I am here on OF to share my authentic connection to my body, my sexuality, my pleasure, and my personal life as a sensual woman. I make this choice to claim what is true, and to help shift the perception of women being seen as bad, wrong, lesser than because of their bodies, their genitals, their arousal, & their desire for pleasure, sex, sexuality. I stand for the naturalness of humans to know their own body guilt-free, shamelessly.

Alongside ethos, my goal here is to create financial stability: pay off grad student loan debt ($111k) to support me and my son to live safely.
