Hi, I’m Chris. One of my favorite passions is cooking. I hope I can inspire others to become cooks and enjoy cooking as much as I do. Some of the things I enjoy cooking are stews, gumbos, sauce picante’s, boiling seafood, and grilling and smoking meat. I also enjoy hunting and fishing so I’ll post pictures from time to time.
