Tyler Lewis

Psychology & Human Behaviour Specialist

For more than a decade I worked in corporate HR across several countries, in boardrooms making difficult decisions — restructuring teams, managing conflict, advising leadership, deciding who stays and who leaves, and observing behaviour under pressure, ambition, loyalty, and fear.

Over time I realised something: most people move through life without understanding why they do what they do.

That curiosity led me to study human behaviour — power, ambition, desire, secrets, relationships, and choices made when nobody is watching.

This page is not mainly therapy. It is a space for honest conversations about human behaviour.

Drawing on years in organisations and five degrees across business, psychology, and HR, I share reflections and questions.

Sometimes the topics will be uncomfortable.
Sometimes they will be revealing.
But they will always be real.

Because the most interesting things about people are rarely the things we say out loud.
