I am an independent filmmaker, photographer, and writer. I had recently had a couple of health issues along with a broken ankle and ACL replacement surger. I decided that it's time to to make changes to prolong my life and make a bit of cash to help fund up my photography and filmmaking projects. I don't have much motivation to do this on my own so I need a little bit of daily encouragement to keep my going. I will be working out a few days a week at first and will be increasing my daily duration and number of days per week. Watch and give me any tips on form, my process, or just just sit back and enjoy the show off my progress. I have always been slim and fit, but an now I'm skinny/fat over the past 3 years, @ 195 lbs. Watch me transform like a beautiful moth.
