Why me? I myself have been caught in negative, confusing, overthinking loops and I always feel better after speaking with someone, but I know not everyone has someone they can confide in. I am obsessed with self expansion and believe the journey to get to know yourself is one of the most important and interesting ones you will ever embark upon. I have many outlets in which I learn - therapy, books, podcasts, seminars, plant medicine, etc. My philisophy that everthing is a lesson - you just sometimes have to dig to figure out what it is.
