It might not seem this way on the outside.
But I made this page to overcome deep insecurities about my image, challenge long held fears that no longer serve me, and try to boost my own mental health as a result.

That’s a selfish reason to start a page, isn’t it?

But I don’t care anymore.

This is who I am.

I am 6’4. Workout and do yoga everyday.
Hell, I used to be an international model and actor but had to quit it all because of these damn… THOUGHTS OF INADEQUACY.

I know I can’t be alone here.

And yet still can’t shed the dumb shit that pops up in between my ears.

These posts are for me and my growth.

Because I can’t take insecurities anymore.
