Welcome loves! I'm Emily but you can call me Emmy, and I'm a trauma-Informed intuitive holistic healer + master coach. I'm also a Holy Fire Reiki master, certified breathwork instructor, and meditation teacher.

It is my passion and intention through my work to normalize the conversations and work we do around healing, personal + spiritual development. We're intuitive and we all have the power to heal ourselves, create a fulfilling life on our terms and actually enjoy it!
