Working on my pelvic area which has been harmed and needs reeducation. I've suffered two blunt traumas from falls, resulting in a perineal myofascial syndrome (pelvic area too tense)

In order to gain back self-confidence, which has been trully reduced by my pain, I'm sharing with you some content to show you my therapy journey, and my body, which I find more and more attractive :)

The reeducation is pluri-disciplinary, involving different practicioners: gyn ob, physiotherapy, mobility exercises, psychotherapy with EMDR and hypnotherapy, botox muscle injections for tension release, medicine, and other (gardening, drawing, and so on...)

Also, when tinking about things I might regret when old, showing my body while it's at its best would be a big regret, as many old women told me.
So, as we live in an era where it is possible to share easily with anyone, anywhere, I say 'let's do this"!
