Started at 210 pounds at end of November 2022; lot of growth since then. Now going with the flow; eat when I feel like it, diet when I feel like it and build on muscle if I can too. Whatever is comfortable.

I joined grommr first in 2018 I think and left by the end of 2019 at 254 pounds (highest weight at the time). I started dieting and exercising in January 2020 and continued that till July 2022 where I got down to 200 pounds.

Then I didn’t make much progress trying to lose more weight; I naturally rose to 210. And then in December I decided to join grommr again and actively get fat. Gained 40 pounds in first 3 months. By March 2023 I gained to my 300 goal, but got to 303.

Nowadays, I’m aiming to build on muscles at gym to go with belly and still have bloating meals now and again. Going for muscle chub bear look and bring more of the power to my belly. 🐻🐷💪
