Throughout my years, 20+, of hitting the gym and living a semi-healthy, very healthy at one point, lifestyle, I never realized the importance of life from a health perspective. Although I may not be certified, with years of research and now knowledge, I am at a point in my life where I want to help others.

Very few people are aware that I was diagnosed with a rare neuromuscular-autoimmune disorder several years ago. This effects multiple "motor" functions within my body and some have said, "there is no way you can attain certain fitness goals with your disorder."

My goal is to share my experiences with you all out there on the other side of this screen, especially people diagnosed with similar disorders like mine.

Anything is possible. With a sharp mind, sound body, and consistency.
