I began my Real Estate career in 2001 in NY working Multi Family mixed use sales & Leasing. Well trained in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, new construction, merchant development, commercial leasing, volume mass property management, and liquidation sales.
Early on, I oversaw the management and construction rehab of Three apartment communities in Albany, NY.

Upon completion of the projects, I went on to work via contract for a Merchant Development Company out of California. Though I was out of the Greater Metro NYC area, I traveled the entirety of the greater east coast for the merchant builds, property management and sales of the massive, luxury apartment buildings that were being built, marketed and sold under my expertise.

From there I build a real estate brand and opened both a national real estate brokerage and associated marketing company.
