I am currently in the process of weight loss surgery for my health. Not even close to a surgery date yet but you are the only one who get to see those changes in the nude.
I plan to share my meals here. Maybe even take yall along as I cook a meal or two. Sharing my workouts and of course sharing updates ony drs apts. Guess I should start by also saying I started this process at 352.4lb and am down to 346lb so 6.4lbs down so far as of Sept 2024.
