Ms Nelson

Hi. I’m Brianna Nelson. My Uncle happens to be Prince Rodgers Nelson. Yes, THAT Prince.
My Father, Duane Nelson Sr, spent thousands of hours living & working with that brilliant brother of his, with my Grandpa Nelson transitioning in 2001 then my father’s passing in 2011, now the sudden death of my uncle in 2016, I’ve inherited a lot of history;
It’s fascinating to see photos of a teenage Prince with gloriously giant afro, sheet music from my grandfather’s piano bench, short stories… Never heard, played or seen achieved treasures!
There are these incredibly erotic pencil drawings that Prince made too; they blew me away - and made me blush!
So much memorabilia from a bunch of tour merch, gold records, family photos (And yes, finding a baby picture of me that I had never seen from Paisley Park)
I’ve decided to share these personal artifacts to honor my family, and allow Prince fans unprecedented perspective on one of the most brilliant musicians ever, my Uncle Prince!
