Kallomäki

Kallomäki's music combines folk elements to a more modern rock and metal and an electric
bowed lyre has always given a special sound to our songs. Newer material is also having electric guitars included, making the overall sound heavier. Kallomäki was founded in 2018 and since released two albums, “Roka Ukri (2018)” and “Uuden kuun aika I & II (2020)”.

The material for the third album “Surman Istuimet” is also ready and planned to be released
in fall 2022.

So far, the band has performed in Finland, Ireland, Estonia and Lithuania.
The line-up of the gig has varied from an acoustic solo performance to a gig for the entire
band, depending on the event.

Our live performances can be everything from a big theatrical show to a simple acoustic
appearance. One of the bigger performances was in 2020, at the main stage of Menuo Juodaragis festival in Lithuania. Then again a more simple approach has been needed for example at Pagan fairs and Medieval fairs and such events.
