Spirit-lead does not mean sexless, and l believe working with scripture can be spicy. 🌶️

Follow my journey into yoga through poetry and sutra as I explore the tantric expression of divinity in the everyday and what it is to be embodied woman.

You’ll find this content soul-centred and consciously created to activate and awaken the most grounded, radiant and sensual you 💋

How to access this journey:

1. Become a fan
2. Subscribe
3. Contemplate the photos and videos. These will be snapshots of how I relate to practice, modelling how I integrate tantra into my daily life through movement, meditation, massage and more. Each week will expose one teaching, giving you plenty of examples of sensual living.

In a traditional yoga teaching, contemplation allows for transmission of subtle and personal guidance, so you can explore these concepts privately in the laboratory of your own body.

☀️from ancient wisdom, to modern poems, to attunement via selfies to unlock your inner tantrika🌻
