Older and retired single male. Living by myself in my lake house 🏠. I enjoy the beautiful sunsets and water birds. I like nature photography and wznt to hone my skills to do more model photography as well.

I am on a journey to get back in shape. I'm the last couple of years I hens not been exercising and working out as much as I should. My plan is to start with basic chair exercises to strengthen my muscles and core again then move on to weight training.

Getting older and being single (sexless) also had an impact on my pelvic floor muscles. I am following a pelvic exercise program to strengthen those muscles and I can already feel the difference.

If there is interest. I might just start to post videos of me exercising.
