He is a multi-talented Butchulla (Badtjala) First Nation Australian independent author, artist, creator, designer, public speaker, thought leader, philanthropist and spiritual lifestyle coach and mentor. Shawn has a deep love for Country (land, sea, and sky) and values the arts, culture and community of Hervey Bay on the Fraser Coast in Queensland, Australia where he lives, works and plays.
Author of two cultural heritage books – The Badtjala People and I on Country – and several books on mindfulness, wellness and spiritual consciousness, including One, Two, Three, Awaken and Infinite Existence and Evolve. All these books serve as inspiring resources and gifts for those seeking inner guidance and a more enlightened way of life in the world and on Earth.
