HOWell's YOUR Fitness

Hello, my name is Daniel! Why am I on here? I'm a NASM certified personal trainer seeking to use this platform to motivate myself and others help achieve their physique goals and build my brand. I just turned 39 and I'm on a journey to get back in shape myself and want look the best ever when I hit 40 next November! What's better then using only fans to motivate each other to want to push each other and share our progress with each other?

If you're looking to get help with getting where you want to be physically, follow my journey and
in return, I'll help with yours as well. I look forward to see where we'll all be on 11/15/2022💪
