Jason Murphy

My name is Jason Murphy, a transplant to Alaska first in 2007 for a short stay, then my permanent move here in 2015 where I began my amazing adventure. It all started in Chicken Alaska summer of ’15 where I took a job 70 miles from the nearest telephone pole for a truly off grid way of life. I later started work with ABS Alaskan in Fairbanks as a salesperson and counter clerk. I learned a lot about the off grid needs of a wide variety of customers, lodges and utility scale needs. I was able to take my already solid understanding of DC energy, IT computer experience, years of structured low voltage projects, audio-video and automation solutions and integrate those to solve some unique needs of us Alaskans.
