James Ness

Hey I’m James.

I'm a 31 year-old from Pittsburgh. I love to share Fitness, Disc Golf, and Life Hacks. I've lived all over the rust belt chasing corporate America dreams. I've been coached, instructed, received all the physical therapy, taken the weekend retreats, etc. by dozens of different backgrounds for over two decades now. I've have massive appreciation and (some) understanding of meditation, disc golf, yoga, Taekwondo, diet and fitness strategies. To top it all off, I love keeping life as simple as possible while pumping in some motivation. I try to stay within the mindset of "can I make this more simple?"

I'll share my perspective from all of these experiences with some heavy nerd facts mixed in. Have been an OG nerd, rocked a pair of glasses since '97. A degree in geology + and an MBA have given me a really neat toolset to traverse life's roadblocks & challenges. You’ll find something to take away Day 1.

420 friendly.

Cheers!

James
