Hi I'm Lia, and after years of no confidence in myself & being stuck in a rut, I've turned 30 & decided a change is due.

I'm an English girl 🇬🇧, married (but shush, I won't tell if you don't) and have a bit of a firey personality.

I'm definitely a nerd, I love D&D, gaming (console & PC cos why not both) and pretty much any Sci fi movie or TV show.

But I'm also getting more active, home workouts, hiking and just generally building up a sweat. Though for some reason I think I can teach myself to Hula Hoop.
