Emm

I’m a creative mom (& cat mom!) who loves to cook and bake. As my page name suggests, I specialize in vegan and low-carb/keto dishes, as well as some allergen-friendly bites. I have now been cooking for over 30 years!

What is “dirty vegan” or “dirty keto?” - Basically, not necessarily eating “clean” whole foods, but making delicious, mouth-watering treats that only *feel* like cheats! As a gal that grew up in a restaurant-owning family, that’s a must for sticking to any eating plan. I’ll give you all the tips, tricks, and a few recipes I have up my sleeve, along with product recommendations, discussing nutrition/macros/supplements, health/beauty/fitness and everything in between!

I also love to read, write, paint/sculpt/make art, act & sing, swim, camp out, star gaze, and catch a sunrise on the beach whenever I can.
