Let’s talk about anxiety...

Modern life is a stressful affair, in addition, our challenges can be even more unsettling.

In a sense, in this day and age, anxiety is a reasonable response to an unreasonable situation.

But then, of course, anxiety can also affect your sleep. And without good sleep, your brain does not repair and rejuvenate, leading to yet more anxiety… and poor sleep—a classic vicious cycle.

Fortunately, there is hope.

From my extensive work in psychophysiology, Biodanza and diverse healing modalities, I believe that hope is in homeostasis.

Homeostasis is the body’s natural state of balance. That wonderful feeling of just being at peace. Comfortable in your own skin. Feeling good.

See, homeostasis is the exact opposite of anxiety.
