Hello

My name is David Snook. After leaving Joy Lane Primary School in July 1994 I started at St Anselm's Catholic School, in Canterbury. I studied for my GCSE''s there, until July 1999.

I passed all of my exams, with mostly B and C grades, but only scraped a G grade in maths, as maths was never my strongest subject.

After 1999, I stayed on at St Anselm's until July 2001. to study history and English for my A Levels.
I then went to Canterbury Christ Church University, from Summer 2001. to July 2004, where I studied history and english for my degree, graduating in June 2004, at Canterbury Cathedral.

I now do volunteer reading help at Hampton Primary School, which I have done for 20 years, since September 2005, and am very proud to have received a British Empire Medal, for Services To Education, in recognition of this achievement. I am in extremely good company receiving this medal, as people are usually awarded this for charity work, or military roles
