Daniel

I’m not a fitness coach — just a guy on a real journey to be in the best shape of my life. I’m 41, 6'1", and down from 272 lbs (XXXL & size 40 pants) to 200 lbs (L shirt & 32 pants). I’ve battled emotional eating, a divorce, and years of trial and error. In Jan 2024, I started TRT after my testosterone dropped to 227 ng/dL — now I’m up to 1071 ng/dL, and it’s been a life-changing transformation. I’m currently working on burning off the last bit of body fat and building a body I never thought I could have. This page is my uncensored fitness diary: gym content, meal habits, mindset shifts, and real progress pics. 📸 No full nudity — but there will be underwear and physique content. Subscribe to follow my journey and see what’s possible when you don’t give up.
