Hi, it's Crizz and i am currently enjoying the transformation of my life. The goal is to become the best version of myself by developing my professional skills, mental abilities, and most exciting - my body and fitness.

2023 started with my weight being over a 100kg and not fit at all. Half way in the year i lost weight and got down to 74kg. The aim now is to build muscles and look better than ever. Will share some photos and videos, so you can see the transformation and my workout sessions.
