Im tired of people sexualizing my body without paying me for my time 😋 i dont want to have to explain to you that: yes, i have muscles but no, you cant touch them and no, im not a professional athlete, i dont have a “training plan” 🙄… stop saying stupid shit and making assumptions about my body 🙏🏼 come along and see how i move my body on a regular basis
-climbing
-yoga
-meditation
-biking
-hiking
-running
-swimming
-laying in the sun 🌞

so lets all appreciate what my body does for me, not the way it looks. there is no such thing as a “perfect body”.
sure, mine is great, appreciate away…but send tips and let me know what you want to see ⛰⛰⛰
