Singing teacher, life coach, general talk consultation. I am not certified in life coaching, but I am one of the most savvy people you'll ever know at finding solutions. I am adept at whole-health and wellness, fitness and nutrition, and helping people around me, including myself, out of a rut. I am extremely passionate about the idea that there is always a solution. Additionally, I will be getting fitness and nutrition certification within the next year, after spending hundreds of hours learning the science of physical adaptation through strength training and marathon training.
