Born in Los Angeles, CA (Panorama City), I quickly because a natural in the kitchen, I spent just about all my time cooking with either my Momo, Mother, or Father. My grandparents Hailing from Mississippi, and my parents being from Southern Louisiana, touting Creole and Cajun heritage, i quickly learned that my family was a melting pot of many cultures.

I was able to learn the many southern staples, cooked by the best from SCRATCH. As I got older, I primarily focused on I.T. work, But when I moved to Vegas back in 02' Work was scarce in the I.T. industry so I took a shot at cooking I worked for a well known Steakhouse and quickly rose to the position of kitchen manger where is spent 10+ years, then decided to do my own thing.

Currently living n Las Vegas, NV, I demonstrate my passion for cooking in the many Soul Food / Mexican / Asian Classics and Fusions.
