I’m 51. Happily married to my, 37 yr old husband. I have 3 kids & 9 grandkids. I’m a former Ms. Fitness Texas with several 🏆 Fitness Titles & was a Fitness model for yrs.
I’m just here to prove, that like a fine wine 🍷 , women get better with age. My goal is to steer the younger generations towards a healthier lifestyle that will help them maintain their youth & to encourage the older generations by helping them to realize that it’s never too late to get started!
