Amante Fox

Hi! I'm Lizzi and I'm 41 years old. I'm a fitness trainer and mom by day and a Content creator by night.

As a fitness trainer, I help everyone reach their goals, whether that means toning up or losing weight. My own workouts keep me fit and strong, and I'm always looking to the latest trends in health and fitness to improve my own routine and help others reach their goals.

And in my own time, I enjoy creating adult content for others to enjoy, which is an amazing way to express my own passions and share them with others. I'm constantly learning, growing, and sharing my thoughts and content with my followers.

I'm passionate about helping people reach their goals - both physically and mentally - and showing them that anything is possible with determination and hard work.
