My sessions happen in extreme temperatures — 175 to over 200°F — where sweat pools on the wood, muscles burn, and control becomes everything.

I train naked and uncensored in real heat, pushing strength work to failure: deep squats, slow pushups, tricep dips, planks, shadow boxing, and long holds in down dog. I move deliberately, breathe through the intensity, and show how I release tension — including cracking my own back — as the heat does its work.

Some sessions are pure training. Others are slower, closer, and more personal. In regular sauna sessions, I talk directly to the camera, sharing observations, body awareness, and tips on strength, heat tolerance, and recovery — all while the sweat keeps building.

This space is raw, physical, and intimate.

I create custom content for those who want something specific.
